SP. Velayutham is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a veteran in the profession with more than 50+ years of experiences. After his brief stint at Bank of Madura,he setup his practice as a sole-proprietorship in Madurai in the year 1980.
He has catered to a clientele of varied spectrums in Tamil Nadu that include individuals, AOPs, Firms, Companies and rendered audit, taxation (including representation) services. His association with Banks in providing statutory branch audit, concurrent audits, revenue audits, stock audits is illustrious where he has been associated with Indian Overseas Bank, Union Bank of India, Central Bank of India, State Bank of India and City Union Banks.
His strength include amicable personal and attitude and resolution based approach. Velayutham has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madras University at American College.

Chinnaiah Velayutham is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 15 years of experience. He began his career with B S R and Co, Bangalore, and worked there for 9 years before co-founding the firm.
He has led statutory, tax, and group audits for listed and unlisted companies, including Fortune 500 companies. His clientele includes sectors such as technology, real estate, financial services, FMCG, and energy. He has served as Audit Manager for Unilever, NTT DATA, Acciona, Nilgiri's, RMZ, CenturyLink, and FireEye.
His strengths lie in strong interpersonal skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to quickly grasp industry-specific practices.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Madras University, Loyola College, and currently leads our Chennai office.
